This department is in charge of researching our broad thematic areas of; (a) Economic governance (b) Political Governance (c) Resource governance.

This department liaises with the research, training, and capacity departments to champion policy advocacy based on the center’s research findings or any other contract policy advocacy. They also provide policy design consultancy.

This department is in charge of training and capacity building of human capital. It engages in training government officials, including local government staff, on issues relating to their capacity and on economic and political governance.
